Membership fees paid to AMSA are required for access to certain services, programs, or member benefits. Membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

2.3 Conference and Event Registration Fees

Payments made for conferences, workshops, seminars, or other events are subject to the specific cancellation and refund policy stated at the time of registration.


3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.

AMSA does not store debit or credit card details on its servers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the designated payment processor to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

AMSA is not responsible for delays or errors caused by banking institutions or payment gateway providers.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or proven technical errors.

4.2 Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

4.3 Event Registrations

Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted in writing to info@amsafricaconference.org within seven days of payment and may be subject to administrative fees.

AMSA reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion, subject to applicable law.


5. Use of Funds

All funds received by AMSA are used to support its objectives, including but not limited to:

  • Strengthening medical education across Africa

  • Supporting research collaborations

  • Organizing conferences and training programs

  • Advocacy and policy engagement initiatives

Funds are managed in accordance with applicable laws and governance standards.
